"Mountain Lion Alert"

At least that's what my client's neighbor told us as we were standing on the porch of her newly purchased home in Sierra Madre. Tragically the neighbor's cat had been snatched by a mountain lion, in full sight of his wife! The exterior fence moved up much higher on our "must do immediately" list. As well as adding some soul back into a charming 1920's Craftsman Bungalow, which as you can see looks more like a 2002 Condo. Not a drop of charm left. We are starting with the kitchen.
