Inevitably all my peaches ripen at once and I have to be a little kitchen creative; peach preserves are yum, but sometimes you just gotta go that extra step. Peach Pie? Maybe--but what about Peach Upside Down Cake?!? Old fashioned and scrumptious, warm with ice cream...should I keep going? I know someone can't wait!
