So this is how they come out--this isn't the same unit but it is in the same building. It's a Spanish style bungalow complex, from 1926. It had great bones as they say, but the units were horribly neglected. It's nice to restore the units, but also design them so that each is different and special. The people who end up renting them really appreciate all the detail.

Hi Karen! I am currently living in one of your redesigned/refurbished/rejuvenated apartments and I have to say that I am in love with my apartment. My partner and I will sometimes just sit and admire our cozy and unique apartment. Thank you for taking your time and talent to make our home beautiful! It's amazing to see the before and after pics, and also how each unit differs. I didn't even know these were built in the 1920's! Love love love!
